Infeed Section:
- 11' long with four (4) non-powered, 8" diameter rolls
on 2-7/16" shafts and bearings
- NON-SKEWING two (2) strand cant positioning chain, with #100
roller chain, 2 HP electric drive, air lift with one (1) air bag under each strand and
pivoting from one side of the table
- No guide fence included
Center Section:
- 1-1/4" thick side plates - jig welded, bored and
machined for piloted flange bearings
- CAPACITY: 3-1/2" to 8-1/2" thick
- TG&P 3-15/16" diameter saw mandrel double keyed
with 3 15/16" bearings
- Six (6) 6-1/2" diameter feed rolls on 2-11/16"
shafts with COLEMAN teeth, powered by 7.5 HP electric motor and reducer, using #100
roller chain and sprockets, for 50 FPM feed rate (other speeds available)
- Four (4) 11-1/4" diameter press rolls, 2-7/16"
shafts with COLEMAN teeth, powered, down pressure, and air lift
- 300 HP motor, 1800 RPM, 460 volt, and coupling, mounted and

50 FPM and 150 FPM feed rates; two (2) ball bearing edging collars; does not include
shifting mechanism (see options 8,9 or 10)

- 300 HP automatic wye-delta starter
- 600 amp main circuit breaker with handle extending through

- 7.5 HP reversing combination magnetic starter for feed motor
- 2 HP reversing combination magnetic starter for cant
positioning chain motor
- NEMA 12 enclosure (48" x 36" x 12")
OPTIONS:
- To add dual motor starters for (2) motors (in place of one
(1) 300 HP) and include instantaneous relay to monitor second motor

** When quoting a ball bearing saw collar for a gang or gang-edger, check with drafting
department for correct dimensions. There is a definite space requirement that should be
considered for internal width of the machine.
